Terms and conditions

MB "Tiverdo BV" ("we", "us" or "our"), company code 304980918, registered at Šviesos g. 3-72, Grigiškės, LT-27115 Vilnius, Lithuania (the "Company"), operates this website (the "Site"). We sell and advise on routers and 5G connectivity equipment. This document sets out the general terms and conditions governing use of the Site.

You add products to the basket, enter your delivery details and press the "Order with obligation to pay" button. Before that you can review and correct all details. The sales contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. The contract is available in English or Lithuanian; we store the order details and send them to you by email.

• All prices are in euro and include 21% Lithuanian VAT. Shipping within the EU is free unless stated otherwise before you order.
• Payment is made by bank transfer (SEPA) to the account shown in the confirmation, using your order number as the payment reference.
• If payment is not received within 7 days of the order, the order may be cancelled.

We deliver to all European Union countries via FedEx or UPS. Goods are dispatched once payment is received and in any case delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Risk passes to you when you receive the goods.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to info@tiverdo.net). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment (bank transfer) unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You must send back the goods within 14 days and bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

All goods are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. If a product does not conform to the contract, you may ask for repair or replacement or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract. We recommend notifying us within 2 months of discovering a defect.

Send complaints to info@tiverdo.net; we reply within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or the courts. Consumers in other EU countries can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country. The contract is governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence.

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to amend them at any time; continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Cookie: a small data file generated by a website and stored by your browser; it is used to identify the browser, provide analytics and remember information such as language or login status.
• Company: when "Company", "we" or "our" is used, it refers to MB "Tiverdo BV", Šviesos g. 3-72, Grigiškės, LT-27115 Vilnius, Lithuania, responsible for your data under these terms.
• Country: the location where Tiverdo and its owners are established, in this case Lithuania.
• Device: any internet-connected device (phone, tablet, computer or other) used to access the Site.
• Service: the services provided by Tiverdo, as described on this platform.
• Third-party service: advertisers, sponsors, promotion and marketing partners and other providers of content or products that may interest you.
• Website: the Tiverdo website.

• Keep your account secure by protecting your password and limiting access to it.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• Take responsibility for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree not to do, and not to allow any third party to do, any of the following:

• Licence, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, broadcast, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, or make it available to third parties.
• Modify any part of the Site, create derivative works from it, or disassemble, decode, decompile or reverse-engineer it.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trade marks) belonging to Tiverdo, its partners, suppliers or licensors.

We may collect personal data when you:

• Place an order.
• Subscribe to our newsletter.
• Contact customer service.

Types of information: identification data (name, email, postal address and phone number), payment data (processed securely by external providers) and non-identifiable data (browser, device, IP address, pages visited and time spent). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, write to us at info@tiverdo.net within 14 days so we can process the return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. See the Returns and Refunds page for the full procedure.

Tiverdo shall under no circumstances be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or of products purchased through it, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify Tiverdo, its affiliates and employees against any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your failure to comply with these Terms.

Any comment, idea, improvement or suggestion (collectively "Suggestions") you provide to us about the Site becomes the exclusive property of Tiverdo, which may use, copy, modify, publish or distribute it for any purpose, without acknowledgement or compensation.

We have updated our terms and conditions to give you full transparency about the information collected when you visit the Site and how it is used. By using the Site, registering an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms apply only to our Services. The Site may contain links to other websites that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on those websites, as they are not reviewed or monitored by us.
