Who we are
MB "Tiverdo BV" ("we" or "our") operates this website. Our goal is to guarantee a smooth and transparent shipping process. Here's how it works.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping: all orders are shipped free of charge, to any EU country.
- No extra costs: the amount shown at checkout already includes VAT and shipping, regardless of the number of items or the EU country of delivery.
Delivery area
- Delivery area: we ship to all 27 European Union member states, under the same terms and rates. We do not ship outside the EU.
- Within the EU there are no customs formalities or import duties: the price shown, including VAT, is the final amount.
- Future expansion: we are exploring the possibility of expanding our delivery area in future.
Order processing time
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Cut-off time: orders placed before 22:00 (CET/EET) are processed the same day; later orders on the next business day.
- Non-shipping days: no orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
- Processing (shipping time): 1-2 business days, dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Transit time: 2-5 business days after dispatch, delivered Monday to Friday.
- Remote areas and islands: an extra 1-2 business days may be added.
Shipping process
- Carriers: all orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and the size of the equipment.
- Tracking: once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
- Step-by-step tracking: our 'Track your order' page explains how to follow your shipment with FedEx or UPS.
- Documentation: every order includes an invoice showing VAT and MB "Tiverdo BV"'s tax details.
Lost or damaged orders
- Damaged orders: if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can start the process.
- Lost orders: if your order goes missing, write to us straight away so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
