Returns and Refunds Policy

• Return window: we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return (the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply, of course).
• Inspection on receipt: within 7 business days of your return arriving, we inspect the item and let you know the outcome.
• Refund timeframe: approved refunds are issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (we may wait until the item is back or you show proof of sending), by bank transfer.
• Return shipping costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

You can cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting customer service. If the order has already been shipped, follow the steps in the "How to request a return" section.

• Timeframe: items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Item condition: please return the item complete, with accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. You may test the device as you would in a shop; you are only liable for loss of value caused by handling beyond that.
• Proof of purchase: your order number is enough.

Exceptions: goods made or configured to your personal specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

1. 01Contact customer service: write to info@tiverdo.net stating your order number, the reason for the return and, if applicable, supporting photos.
2. 02Receive return instructions: we will confirm receipt and send you the return address and instructions. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our terms.
3. 03Pack the parcel: pack the item securely, include all accessories and a note with your order number.
4. 04Shipping: use a carrier with tracking. Costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product, in which case we cover the costs.

• Approval: once we have received and inspected the item, we will inform you of the outcome within 7 business days.
• Processing: approved refunds are issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (we may wait until the item is back or you show proof of sending), by bank transfer. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount.
• Confirmation: you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

If you don't see the refund within the expected timeframe, first contact your bank. For further help, write to us at info@tiverdo.net.

We exchange incorrect or defective items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges that meet the conditions. If you ordered the wrong model, follow the return process and place a new order with the correct equipment.

• Defective or damaged items: if your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible (your 2-year legal guarantee applies). We will arrange a free return and offer you a replacement or full refund, at your choice.
• Incorrect product: if you receive an item that doesn't match your order, contact us; we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product.
• Lost parcels: if your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, let us know so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

• Return window: returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Inspection: once received, returns are inspected within 7 business days.
• Refund: issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (we may wait until the item is back or you show proof of sending), by bank transfer.
